Turned out, I had purchased a set of sink faucets 300+ that were meant for a specific type of sink but no one ever inquired. Then they replaced those with faucets that were too large for the sink. I paid a hefty 25 restocking fee for items which I could never see, feel or touch. Everything is special order. Yes, I learned a lesson - don't buy unless you can see it for real - but as "specialists", one would think they would have at least asked the right questions!
