My experience with B Carlson Heating Cooling and Plumbing was the BEST experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor!!! i don't normally write reviews but I had such great service I felt I had to share! From start to finish they with EXCEPTIONAL. Girl that helped on the phone was compassionate and moved the schedule around to get some out for service same day at time that was convenient for me. The service man was able to quickly determine what the problem was. He gave me the repair quote and recommended before I put money towards this repair I should talk to sales guy about replacing the unit because it was very old. I had no idea, something i never thought of. The sales guy came out and was also very nice and professional, He gave me an education on heating and cooling systems. He never tried to "sell" me a new system. Needless to say B. Carlson has my business! If your looking for Heating Cooling or Plumbing company don't hesitate to give them a try. I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had to replace a water heater, and Alex and Dario were a dream team from B. Carlson. They were knowledgeable, competent, and so efficient at doing the removal and installation despite a challenging location. I was very pleased with the quality of the equipment and the neatness of the installation. I've used B. Carlson for nearly 20 years, and I can't recommend them enough. A high quality organization that you can count on to be there in the future.

Carlson is the only one I call when I have plumbing or heating issues. In fact I sent you to my 87 year old mom's house last week and you took care of her furnace and she was very happy. I am happy too!! My furnace and plumbing issues were taken care of .Great service.
