The job was scheduled for 2 pm I was contacted and advised that Frank would be delayed until 4 pm which was appreciated so that I would not be waiting unnecessarily. Thankfully I did not have anything planned Frank called and advise that he was en-route to my home and then arrive minutes later. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. He explained what needed to be explained and cleaned up when the job was completed. The job was to replace a toilet and faucet in the bathroom which cost 430 total. It was a little pricey but I was very happy with the result. This company is highly recommended.

I called A-1 after attempting to reach out to other HVAC companies, with either Zero Response or half a response. Called and scheduled an appoint for preventive maintenance, so not a priority call at all. The woman who answered the phone was very accommodating, they actually called the day of the appointment and said someone could be there early. Once the tech showed up, completely explained what he was doing, cleaned up after the cleanings. Too many of the HVAC companies out there are dismissive, and that if you can even get them to come out. I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to anyone whom asks.
