I stopped in the showroom looking for a shower diverter, Denise assisted me and was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I feel like Denise went above and beyond to making personal professional suggestions to be sure what I was buying fit my needs. Denise provided personalized service, not pushy or trying to up-sell me something I did not need. I would highly recommend.

The service Denise has provided has been terrible. Very little information was provided initially. I left a 65 deposit to have someone come take measurements of my tub. After the measurements were take,I was only given one option and I really didn!the like it. I did some online research and found a few other shower doors, caller back with model number, and was told one model was not recommended with no explanation and the other wasn!t available in the color I selected. She then offered an alternative that of course was double the cost i original expecter. At this point I feel they are trying to take advantage of me. It'seems been a very stressful experience so far.

I have a roofing company, so I don't know too much about plumbing supplies. Dustin was polite and professional and was able to help me find what I needed.
