When we told him that he failed to do the work that was requested. He became disrespectful. He charged us over 300 USD for unclogging a drain, stop a leak and clean up, and failed to complete the cleanup and ensuring the leak had stopped. Did not even bother to evaluate any of the plumbing issues in the house for which he was called to complete. |

They installed a new shut off valve and put in all new hangers on the pipes in the basement. The obvious quality of workmanship and solid parts speaks highly of their technician. I felt their price was a tad high per hour, but was very satisfied with their quality of work, timeliness and professionalism. |
