When asking questions, she said I don't know. I am not sure you will have to ask your technician. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I have NEVER told a customer I don't know. The company should properly train their team to better assist and answer questions appropriately. A tip for her...how about I am not sure, but I will look into that for you and get back to you. I mean come on! Due to my limited time, I couldn't speak with a manager. The tech comes in and sure enough asks me the problem. I would only imagine he would have an idea why he was coming service us. I had to explain myself well over 10 times with the same exact response. If you want to avoid frustration, don't call them! Of course sales was nice, why!?!?! Because they need to close the sale! Be cautious! |

Being loaded with 2 options; option 1 a 5,000 job to dig 15 feet of dirt; we went for option 2 that turned into putting a rock on the valve and dig one pound of dirt. All for just 762 plus tax. This is a scam business they just want your money. Stay away even if you have an emergency call someone else |
