RPHCE had installed a Heating and Air Conditioning system a few years ago to replace the original unit for the house that was at the point where it was no longer cost effective to fix the various problems. All the work was outlined in as much detail as I wanted, and the work was done to meet that expectation. They have come to our house within a few hours to fix the AC when its > 95 degrees outside, on a weekend when an asthmatic family member couldn't go somewhere cooler due to a recently broken leg. When I asked them to come to my house to consult/review/check my own plumbing work, the plumber was very knowledgeable and had a good attitude. If we ever move again, we are taking them with us. |

So I understand that they have a certain billing structure but to be laughed at when I said I wasn't told was the moment I knew I would not give them any more of my money. They installed a munchkin boiler and it is super junk. I have to replace the spark plugs 2 times per year. That isn't their fault but it adds to my frustration. So I bought the part and installed it and I saved over 1000 dollars on the quoted price 1600. The part was 400 |
