We felt it would be best to visit a "Premier" showroom to be able to see the broadest variety of Toto toilets. Even though the store was empty, the sales reps refused to discuss my needs without a paid consultation. The fact that I had driven from an hour away didn't change their snobby attitude. I was expecting to spend thousands on 6 high-end toilets, but they let me walk out of the store and locked in 0 in sales. |
