India B Hall	I didn't like the flat rate per hour. 110, paid 220 although he was here for 1 1/2 hours. He broke one of my outside path lights it's glass. It can be replaced, but he could have said something- the glass was still on my walkway. A suggestion would be for workers to wear shoe covers. I have a “no shoes” home and he tracked back & forth outside sooo much. He was able to restore the heat, but the follow up is going to be costly as well. I am thankful though.
