Tom and his his team installed a new Bradford White water heater in my condo to replace an aging tank. I was given a fair estimate, solid advice to select the right unit and the installation was done promptly with no surprises. Tom arranged to have an electrician bring the wiring up to code the day of the install. I am happy to have a local plumbing professional for my future needs. Highly recommended!

We just had a service call from these guys this morning. They sent a tech named Ruben, he was an absolute ROCKSTAR. He got our steam heat system up and running and ready for cold weather. He fixed a few problematic valves on our radiators and reconditioned our boiler. He took his time, was very thorough, and careful. He gave me some useful advice for keeping the system running through the winter. I don't think I'll ever call a different company for heating or plumbing.
