Couldn't be happier. They handled tricky installations of three smart thermostats, and then when the old boiler started to fail they put in a great new one that handles domestic hot water as well as heat for the house. Their team is knowledgeable, and Ken Alexander goes out of his way to see to our needs and minimize down time. Highly recommended.

Stay away. Purchased gas logs from Albers and they recommended Ken Alexander to do the installation. He came right out to give me an estimate, and take my 50 payment. He seemed like a great guy, talked a big game and seemed to know his stuff. Well, when it came time to do the work he sent someone who probably didn't know their stuff. The guy wasn't paying attention at all because he was arguing on the phone the entire time. Even when he knocked on the door and came he was yelling at someone on the phone, didn't introduce himself or anything, just walked in yelling on the phone. The pipe running into the fireplace was not run into the place Ken said it was going to be. My first alarm. He installed the log set still on the phone and yelling but there was a large piece missing the front grate. He said he had no choice but to make the fire log set offset in the fireplace. To this day the piece is still missing and any number of phone calls or emails isn't going to get him to fix the job. It looks really sloppy and my family and friends have mentioned it. It didn't pass the town inspection and he still could care less. I may have to hire another plumber to come in a fix what he did. I am definitely an unhappy customer and would never recommend this lazy guy.

In the past, I've mostly used family friends for any plumbing related issues but that was unavailable to me this time around and I knew I needed to call in an actual company but was so scared I was going to get ripped off due to horror stories I've heard in the past. A friend recommended Alexander Plumbing and I could not have been happier with our service. The plumber sent had extensive knowledge and tried to find us the best solution for our budget. He could have easily talked us into a very expensive option but gave us his best recommendation as if it were his own home. I totally appreciated his honesty and would absolutely use them again the future. My issue has been resolved and it didn't break the bank. Thank you!
