Delivery personal insisted that I keep that fridge and that they would deliver a replacement glass shelf that broke. First of all, that is not professional at all. And second I have purchased a new fridge not a refurbished one; giving me a broken fridge and delivering parts at a later date does not seem like a new fridge. On top of that, they switch delivery timings on you without even a notice. I've called everyone from delivery partner to Home Depot themselves and no one has an answer for why it switched and all that keeps happening is blame shifting. I would expect a corporation as large as Home Depot to have more control of their supply chain partners. Definitely the worst customer service Experience ever. So disappointed that Home Depot doesn't care about the customer after they have made the sale. That is not how a company should work. |
