| Anuja Chheda | I had issue with hot water, parts were covered & it was a simple installation, i ordered the part from whirlpool & drained the complete 40 gallon water heater. installed the part, there was one wire which wont get fixed. I called super slow service of Van Demark plumbing. They pretended as if they are doing a favor by visiting us, but i was in need and accepted their crappy behaviour. They send somebody named " Brian" visited, fixed just one wire and charged a hefty amount of 175 for that. Which is usually charged for installing the whole machine, drain the water etc... That guy wouldn't budge for even a cent & was very very RUDE. I absolutely wouldnt recommend them for any services at all. Instead Roto-rooters when called are very courteous, professional & charge lot reasonably. Hope it helps the people who are planning to get their plumbing work done. BEWARE of thie place !!! |
