Samarth Commar	Rob and is team is a complete rip-off. I called them to check a leak in my cealing and when the team arrived they wanted to break the cealing. I asked them to first check the bathrooms above the cealing They found some tiles loose from where water may have been seeping through. Nothing that they could do to fix. Asked me to cough up a service charge of 175 for doing nothing. Wow. I don't mind paying the service charge but 175 for a 5 min check is a complete joke. Go to these guys only if you want to throw your money away. The guy was more interested to rip off the cealing even after finding the tile loose. When I asked would you fix it, he said no, he wanted to just confirm if it's the tile causing the leak. Cheez there are easier and better ways to check that. Avoid these guys!
