I had a feeling something was about to happen to my old water heater that was hidden behind a wall. Matt from All Star came out and we checked the unit. The unit was 20-25 years old and the top was extremely rusted and it looked like the top of the unit. I got a price quote and coordinated a install date with Sue from ASP&H. Anthony came the next day and installed a new water heater. I'm glad I did. When he took out the old heater we saw the seam in the rear of the unit had split and the tank was about to go. I also had the old globe style shut off valve replaced with a new ball value. Pictures show old and new. Job was completed and water was up and running in a short time. Thanks ASP&H. The workers appeared intoxicated or just out of as they drove their old blue van down Ocean Blvd. in Sea Bright and Monmouth Beach 10 mph under the speed limit. My guess is they charge by the hour and are used to running slow speed. Great advertising for your business to the 30 or so cars that finally passed on the right.

I was told that the estimate would cost 29.00 plus tax just to come out to your home. I was told by the company that the estimator would be at my home between 3pm and 7pm. At 6:45pm I got a call to reschedule for the following day. I wasted my time waiting all those hours for the estimator to come out and he never did. I called the company to complain and they were arrogant and righteous about the situation. They did not even offer to come out for free. I would never tell anyone to use this company.
