Steve and John arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up as they worked. After a quick assessment they decided that I needed a new hot water heater which was covered under my protection. I was very impressed by the speed that they worked and by the fact that they were working on a holiday. I would highly recommend Ultimate Drain Cleaning for any plumbing work which you might need.

I have had ultimate drain cleaning to my home to fix issues with my sewage line several times through the AMwater waterline protection plan and each time they have been great. Chris was especially wonderful to work with. Courteous and hardworking. Chris helped me to get AMwater to approve the pipe removal under the protection plan. Unfortunately it was after this where I was let down massively by this company. The day of the pipe removal, my wife stayed home to assist the workers should they need to gain entry into the home for the job. Nick, one of the workers, arrived and was angry with the fact that I personally was not there. Apparently, his plan was to rely on ME to find the location of the pipe under the ground for him instead of using the camera to find it it was marked 4 months prior. My wife called me while I was at work because Nick wanted me to tell him where I THOUGHT it was over the phone. I informed him that I really did not remember and that I can't really picture my lawn from memory to give a pinpoint spot. I said where I thought it would be but reminded him that I really was not sure, but if they waited 10 minutes, I could be back to help find it. They decided to just start digging in the spot I guessed where it was and sure enough, it was not correct. So I arrive after the 10 minutes and I see I was way off in my over the phone guess. I point to the area where I thought it was, but again, 4 months is a long time to remember where a spot is in your lawn. They dig some more and sure enough, nothing, no pipe. It is at this time they decide that maybe they should go back and get the camera and do it the way it should have been done from the beginning. At this point, my whole front yard is a complete disaster, and we are still no closer to finding the pipe location. The disregard for your personal property and the extreme unprofessionalism of these workers and company is the likes of which I have never seen before. They did finally finish the pipe replacement, but left my lawn the way you see in the pictures over 2 weeks since the work had been done. It is such a joke that my three year old son and I have been using it as a mini dirt bike trail.... Unless you want a dirt bike track in your front yard, find someone else!
