I am leaving 2 stars because these people did come to my house and do their job and fix my leak. It would have been a 5 star review had my husband and I not continuously received phone calls and now letters in the mail harassing us for payment. Payment of which we handled at the time of service. I have told them multiple times that we paid at the time of service. The man who was at our home took our card that day. Now we are being told they will take further action against us if we do not provide a transaction ID number or proof from our credit card statement. What kind of business does not have record of their transactions? As a business owner... I can't imagine not being able to track down a clients credit card transaction and further more I cannot imagine harassing that client for payment that has already been paid. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. In the future , if we have an issue with our pool, we know who we will not be contacting. GET IT TOGETHER American Leak Detection! UNREAL.
