Responsive, timely, reasonable, honest and each of their employees have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We have used them in a pinch a couple of times and they got out quick to solve the problem. I've also used them for a planned sink installation and their work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our family has been working with M.R. for many years and we always recommend them. Mike's pricing is straight forward, affordable and you are charged for the actual work and not a bloated estimate that only increases. We had several jobs completed that were less than the estimate, because they found a smarter and more efficient way to get the job done correctly. Mike the owner is hands on and generous with his time. They've never had to come back to correct a job they completed, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. You don't find a quality and honest company like this often.

I would highly recommend M.R. Neel Plumbing & Heating. We had them come out to provide an estimate on our AC as our previous service provider told us we had a leak. Angelo came out and discovered it wasn't a leak but that our furnace was never set-up properly. They set-up our furnace properly and our AC is now working perfectly. Angelo was very informative!
