It is a very bad feeling when you're at work an hour away and your wife sends you a picture of a puddle around the water heater. That being said, I immediately shopped around and ended up on the Home Depot site. I picked out the unit I wanted and opted for a Home Depot install co to contact me for installation. Within minutes I was contacted by 1800Heaters by a very kind lady named Rebecca. She went over everything with me very thorough and gave me a phenomenal price, better than Home Depot offered! Even after shopping around a bit more I found this was the best deal. Within an hour from speaking with her I received a phone call from a scheduler and had a tech at my house within 2 hours and it wasn't even an emergency. A very nice, professional and up front tech named Andre had us ready to go within a few hours. Ended up having to replace my exhaust fluke to be up to code, this was not an upsell, this was a safety matter as well as a stuck valve. Andre was very honest and up front and the additional costs were far less than having to pay someone come back out to bring those things back up to code. I have 0 complaints. My 6 person household was only without hot water for a couple hours! Can't beat the professionalism or price with 1800Heaters! Highly recommend!

This is the kind of company you want to deal with. Two young men arrived to repair my water heater. They were friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer to set up delivery of the part, and made sure I was fully informed about the process. This company also installed the same water heater and my experience then was equally pleasant. I look forward to the next visit when the new part is installed and I have hot water again!
