Mike has to be one of the best plumbers in Bergen county. This is how things should be. Some plumbers think they should charge like a Harvard lawyer for basic plumbing tasks. This guy is fare honest and does a good job.

One of the most unprofessional businesses to deal with. With an emergency at our home we contacted Mike at Plumbertec through a recommendation. For 293 he "fixed" our main pipe issue. But not even an hour later the problem remained unresolved. We had no choice but to contact another plumber who fixed our issue without delay. Mike promised a full refund of our payment, but ignored our calls. We had no option but to text him from other numbers pretending to be a new customer to get him to return our call. He apologized and told us he sent the check weeks ago. He promised to contact his bank, call us back that day, and have a new check sent that week. Well, we never heard back and 3 weeks later we are still waiting for our refund. He has blocked our phone numbers and does not return calls or texts. Never have we dealt with such unprofessional behavior. His business is run from Dumont, and we live in town. This is how he treats one of his own neighbors! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!
