Plumbing services by General Plumbing Supply in Dover, New Jersey

I used to use this plumbing supply but I got tired of the counterman Bruce's unprofessional behavior. He has a know it all attitude but actually knows nothing about plumbing. He would always mess up my order and give me an attitude when I would tell him about the incorrect items. He would use profanities in front of me and other customers. He also makes racist comments and says disparaging things about his co workers, his boss, and the company in general. Two of my employees always complained that he would talk down to them and have an attitude whenever I would send them there. Unfortunately as long as you have an employee like this I will not be using your supply house anymore. I am not the only former customer that feels this way either. I run into a few of them at the supplier I am using now and they all have the same complaints.

Like the latest review said, if you have an accent you are treated unfairly and are made fun of behind your back. Meanwhile, the joke is on them because you are aware and can fully understand them. Try treating your customers with respect no matter what background they come. My sister went with my father to check this place out and ended up taking their business card to show them that she was going to be the bigger person while being treated unfairly. If it was me, I would told them to shove up their a. Too bad I can't give them any stars.........

Any time I walk in the store this crew is super unfriendly . pretending to not understand what 3" elbow is .and saying it's illegal .not sure what makes them rude to customer . maybe upper management allow it . bottom line if you have an accent do not go there .they treat you like a dog and make a fun of you . worse place ever .
