| Carol Vernon | Terrible experience. Scheduled coil cleaning, when completed liquid splattered on ceiling, 2 walls, washer and dryer and all over stove pipe. Also Had furnace tune up. I know we had one leak when he finished there were leaks where there had not been leaks. Awful.....never again |
| eric sherrerd | Called thursday evening trying to get someone to come out and give me a quote on some repairs, was told they would call me friday morning ,Friday morning came and no call. We stepped out for lunch and was gone from the house for about an hour. While at the restaurant i decided to call and see what's going on. When they answered they told me they were fifteen minutes out and since i wasn't home they needed to go to another job which i tried to understand, they said they would come by after. I followed up a few hours later and was told it would have to wait until saturday in which they would call in the morning. Saturday came and i got a call about 1130am while i was at work and was told they could be at the house at 1230 or it would have to wait until monday which it could not wait. I left work and lost time paid for me to get home and recieve a call from them saying an emergency came up and he had to go to that instead even though he was almost to my house. He then said he ould definitely come sunday. No call sunday. No call monday. No professionalism or care for some one in need. The owner has helped my parents and grandparents for years but completely blew me off. My family has been around this area for generations and have used them throughout the years but I guess times have changed and should only call them for an emergency. I lost time and money waiting for them. |
