Very professional and courteous company! Dispatch gave me and appointment the very same day and gave me the time window 3-5pm I could expect someone. I then got a call asking if they could come in 20 min it was only 1:45, earlier than expected which was great and I also received a text with the picture of who I should be expecting. Kenneth and his partner called when outside.. they were very respectful, professional and courteous. They explained what they would do and did the job quickly and efficiently; they even cleaned up the area where they were working! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for help with drainage issues!

Hector was great, he took care of my problem, he showed me the cleaning process and was very thorough with the job. My clog was cleaned and my drains so far are problem free. Hector cleaned up after the job and I'm very happy he helped me out with my drains. I will definitely use Zoom Drain again.

Hector Luis accompanied by an associate were professional and courteous while working in our home. Hector took the time to explain the process and allowed us to see live-video during treatment. They did a wonderful job clearing the roots from our pipes and were respectful of our home as they cleaned up after themselves upon leaving. Highly recommended!
