I had to replace my heater Thursday 12-5 and the two technicians that did the work, Matt and Ryan were excellent in every way !!! Having health problems Matt and Ryan made sure I had heat within hours !!! My heater is in the attic and made things difficult but they explained everything they would have to do and did a fabulous job !!! I can't express enough how great full I am to have had Matt and Ryan do this job. Oliver Heating should be great full for having these two men as Technicians . I highly recommend Oliver Heating and Cooling to everyone !!!

Still a decent company with nice people but not nearly as good as they used to be. Had several issues with my new air conditioner and heater, and I had a wait a lot longer for service calls that I used to. These guys are very expensive and I'm not sure that they still are worth the extra money.

Had heat pump checked on April 29th, 2019 because of an error code. Technician came out and reset system and told us that we have to keep the temp set higher during the winter and that nothing is wrong with the system. They charged us 89 for the arrival fee and 163 for a "level 2 analysis." That's 252 for resetting our thermostat and telling us to keep the temp higher about a half hour of work. I called the company to express my concern, but no one ever returned my call. If you have lots of money to burn...then this is the company for you.
