Took Two visits to remove the roots, but seems to be clear of the roots. For now. First visit, the tech Mike M utilized 48' worth of snake called Eel. He removed .5 of a 5 gallon bucket of roots. Two days later, we called them back. the system was not yet cleared of the blockage. This time Mike M carried in only 40' of snake at first, and all 5 of the 8' lengths of the connected snake drilled in. He went back out to his van and carried 40' more of the snake into my basement. He then connected 3 of the five additional lengths of snake now equalling 56' of root clearing depth total. He pulled out another 1/2 bucket more of root. I think that this could have been accomplished in one visit, if the 3" blade at the head end of the snake was newer and not so worn down. Our drain is now cleared, jury is still deliberating on the success and overall customer-facing service we received.

Tech came out on Sunday no extra charge and got my sink and toilet running Thanks Mike and I will refer you to my friends.

Go for a local company instead of these guys if you can. They're just an agency in the business of sending you people and not care much about customer service at all. They just go by hourly rate. Not sure how they qualify technicians as ours made probably the worst plumbing experience in a long time. So yes, find out a local plumber in your community. These guys will disappear and all you will have is a non resourceful phone number to call.
