Very knowledgeable and no pressure - my only two requirements of a sales guy. We filled out the paperwork that day and they promised me Thursday installation for a furnace and Central AC compressor. I check my hot water heater on Wednesday and realize it's over 10 years old. No problem, they can add it for Thursday. Get a call Thursday that my chimney needs a liner 100+ year old house. But wait, they can vent a high efficiency hot water heater for the same total cost less a 300 rebate. They still get everything done in one day, my basement is cleaner than when they got there and I have a Rolls Royce HVAC and water heater. The guys were great and kept me informed the whole day. I got what I paid for and then some. |
