I had to pick up a few last minute supplies, my son decided to tell me about a school project 2days before it was due! Anyway, I go there in a panic had my supply list. There was an angel there his name is electrical Bob!! The nicest most helpful employee I have ever encountered in my life! There were things on the supply list that were not sold assembled. Such as insulated wires with gator clips already attached. Bob happily suggested to do this for me clipped the wires& plastic put on the clips for me& even drew a picture& labeled the wires so that we knew how to assemble everything for my sons project. He definitely deserves recognition! As he was assisting me, three other people asked for help& he not once seemed unhappy or frustrated he was genuinely happy to help the customers! A raise & recognition would Most definitely be well deserved. I worked in retail for 10 plus years& he is definitely a model employee! Thank you Electrical Bob!! Me& Jojo really appreciate all of your help! P.s.we rang the bell on the way out several times

I'm only giving 5 stars because of Only 1 worker named Joseph. He's an excellent worker with great attitude, he has helped me a lot with my home project. Most of Home Depot employees usually have a straight face, give you directions and walk away immediately. But Joseph will stay with you until you walk away from him. Great guy!

I'm giving this three Stars because we went in to buy a toilet filling valve and decided to check out a new shower door they don't have any on display they have a new process called 1 2 3 you picked your frame the glass and the knob and of course the Chrome or the brush Chrome but they have no display so you can see what the finished product would look like but my biggest gripe with Home Depot and it really aggravates me when you go up to pay and I tell them veteran's discount and show them my driver's license that says veterans right on it they won't accept it I actually have to show them my VA card and I always ask why do you need to see that we only accept certain veterans cards are all veterans the same shouldn't we all be treated the same When shopping in any store or restaurants that offers a veteran's discount why do you have to be a certain kind at Lowe's I showed my driver's license one time and they put you in the computer system just have to put my phone number in and it shows I am a vet it was just this day Home Depot happened to be on my way to where I was heading
