This company offers old-fashioned customer service the kind that's really hard to find today. They were responsive to both calls involving our failing pump. The technicians came quickly and they explained everything thoroughly. Rick should teach a course on how to understand the inner workings of wells. He took extra time to make sure I understand precisely what was happening and even how to troubleshoot in the future. He couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Ultimately, we did need a new well system. The whole process could've been a nightmare. Instead it was simple, easy and straightforward. In fact, we just got our new well system installed today. I jumped right on to write this review. That's how good the service was we received from Policy Well & Pump. If you want to work with a company that treats you with respect, is dependable and works hard to make sure you're satisfied, Policy is the right choice. I would've given them six stars if I could have.

We awoke this morning without water. I called and spoke to the owner Skip who did some basic troubleshooting over the phone. It was determined that I would need a service call to have a better look. Within an hour 2 service techs arrived & immediately determined the problem was with the tank pressure switch. My current tank was 23 years old and very low capacity. I just had a new sprinkler system installed and was concerned about having my well pump being overtaxed. Rick, the lead service tech, very patiently explained my options in simple terms and I agreed that an upgrade would be the smartest thing to do at this point in time. The price was very reasonable and Tyler, without missing a beat, immediately got to work uninstalling the old tank system. They had everything they needed in their truck and everything was installed and working beautifully within an hour. I can't say enough good things about the knowledge, efficiency and professionalism of both Rick & Tyler. I've worked with the owner Skip on the phone previously and he once helped me avoid a service call by helping me to determine my issue over the phone and fix it myself. This is a great operation that I highly recommend. Very pleased.

Very easy to work with regarding scheduling and getting an estimate for some needed repairs. Maintenance service and repair work were done efficiently by the tech Ethan. Cost was reasonable. An expensive tank was replaced under warranty with no issues.
