Called for an appointment at 7:30 this morning and Roxanne got me in for later in the morning. They called to see if we minded if they came early! Timmy was great. He fixed our issue in no time, and left the everything clean and tidy. The bill was really reasonable. I highly recommend Wells for plumbing issues.

We called to have our shower serviced...turns out the pressure balancing valve and mixer cap ? needed replacing. Tech said that our particular shower parts were obsolete and it would take a few weeks to get the parts. He was here for less than 30m and took our owners manual. 4 weeks later the tech returns with the parts, and has it fixed in less than 30m. The kicker...500+ invoice. I checked the part numbers online and could've gotten them for almost 1/3 the price and had them delivered well within a week. When I called and questioned the bill, they basically defended the charges. On top of it all, the tech paid poor attention to detail...had misaligned the knobs. We actually have additional plumbing work that needs to be done but will be looking elsewhere for those services. Very disappointed...
