Woke up on New Years Day 2018 to no heat...Happy New Year! Placed calls to several places with no one answering until A+ Heating. Eric the owner was at my house within an hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem burnt out thermal coupler and we had heat back 1/2 an hour later. Thanks Eric!

Sorry, but I was told I needed a pricier new faucet, and a very pricey water heater replacement. Then, I did not get return calls in a timely manner despite daily kitchen floods. When I did get a return call with an appointment window a WEEK later, no one showed. I had to call AGAIN at 6pm to find out what happened. I would think that if you were not going to make a 2pm appointment, you would know that at 2pm and you would contact your customer. We called D.E. Roy and were serviced immediately for 2,000 LESS. We just needed to repair the faucet seal, and replace the gauge on existing water heater. If you want a successful business, you need to be honest and upfront with your customers - return calls in a timely manner and discuss solution options vs recommending very expensive services that might not be NEEDED.
