Customer service is good. Wood quality is a issue some times. Prices are fair and are open with support. Bought my me zero turn from them.

Always in stock and if I need a board cut they are very helpful. If not in stock they will order it

We Will not be back. Worst customer services I have experienced. Not a single person offered to help ANY customers. Instead they played on the fork lift, chatted with friends and paid attention to their phones. We Could not get assistance selecting wood, loading tin onto a cart, finding materials within the store and worse of all no one person even offered to help us load 600 worth of lumber onto our trailer. By the time we made it the the check out, after not even getting half of the materials went for, we received attitude from the cashier because we couldn't use self check out. Four employees sat around watching us as other customers waiting patiently in a line behind us. I understand they may only be working there to make a little money and may not know how to build much, however treating others with respect and putting effort into a job is not hard. In addition stepping up and asking customers if they need help with anything, offering assistance when it is need will make the job more worthy. Looks like we will be using Lowe's right Door from now on.
