Excellent service!!! Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. They came right when they said they would, explained everything, were so fast and professional!! So happy I called them! I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber!!

Very dissatisfied with Eagle plumbing aka Smith Plumbing and Heating in Hudson, NH. I found him to be very unprofessional to work with. He first compained about how over worked he was, which at the time I could sympathize with. He also complained about how he far said we lived which is about 35 to 40 min. From his place of business, then he said he couldn't come the same day that I called but would come the next day and call me with a time. We were having a problem with our sump pump and we have a finished basement that we did not want to get flooded. I had to call him the second day to see what time he would be coming. He basically said that he was not going to be able to come. Then asked for pictures of my pump which I sent. Then he said it was not my sump pump which it was as we have had it replaced before. He was rude and arrogant. We called him because we have a contract with American Home Shield, it is a company who warranties major appliances and systems in your home. They are very good and reputable. Smith Plumbing or Eagle Plumbing is one of the businesses they contract with. Good news is that American Home Shield sent me a new plumber called Their Plumbing and Heating in Westward,MA. They have an hour drive to my home and came the same day I called. Very curteous, professional and good.
