Had Derry Plumbing & Heating install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Their price was very fare. Dave & Dianne were a pleasure to work with. The two gentlemen, Bryan and Lawrence did a wonderful job with the install. Arrived on time and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend this company. I have no regrets at all.

Informed Dave the owner we would not recommend his company to anyone especially after his aggressive and threatening attitude at the completion of the job. Dave misrepresented initial timeframe indicating his work was a week out. He did respond with temporary heaters once we agreed on a system and provided a 20 deposit. The job didn't start for 25 days after our initial agreement due to the delay of ordering the system by two weeks. We were informed on day one that we were expected to cut ceiling joists and the holes in the ceiling for installation of the new system. Although the contract stipulates home owner was responsible for carpentry it was never made clear that included cutting holes in the ceiling. We also moved the water pipe to accommodate the new system. The initial estimate was a three day turnaround; however, it took 5 days even though we spent 8 hours performing tasks for the installation. Once the job was completed we asked for a copy of the revised contract, recap of the system installed including make, model, and warranty plus name of electrician in order for us to complete our file documentation and we would forward the remaining 8 balance immediately. Then the owner became irate, aggressive and threatening. We have never been treated by anyone like this and we've had a multitude of jobs performed on our residences in several states by various contractors. We can not emphasize enough how we would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear of this man and his company! His contentious, aggressive and threatening attitude is unprecedented, unprofessional and disturbing.

Or furnace died, they let us know what was wrong exactly and laid out the options. We went with a new furnace, and it was installed and running in no time. I would highly recommend them.
