My husband and I were very disappointed after our new Delta kitchen faucet was installed on our existing stainless steel double sink. It cost over 400 to get that done, but it rocked back and forth as the single back handle was used. It just wasn't right. The plumber said that was the best he could do, everything was tight. I complained to Delta about their product; they got back to me and recommended a stabilizer plate. I notified Daigle, and the Operations Manager got back to me, wanted to make it right. Told me that Warren Daigle Owner of Daigle informed him that the stabilizer plate will not work for my faucet, he said he has run into this before and Delta has Stiffening Kits for my particular faucet. Apparently, vendors like Delta are much more open to helping customers directly, so Daigle asked me to order the part so I would receive it sooner. Within a week, the part was in. Daigle scheduled a convenient time for the plumber to return and install it. I'm happy! Happy with my sink, happy with the way Daigle interacted with me and got this corrected. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a few small scheduling issues getting going but the quality of work and professionalism of the installers made up for these. Happy with the work and results of the new hot water system.
