Plumbing services by The Granite Group in Concord, New Hampshire

We ordered faucets and new sink 6 weeks prior to scheduled install date with local plumbing company. We were told faucets are all in stock but sink is three weeks out. No problem, plenty of time before scheduled appointment. We wanted to pay for all products at that time, but were told if the local plumbing company was going to do work they will send the order to them and they can pass their discount onto us. So nothing to pay today. When the local plumbing company needed their deposit to do the work a week before service was to be conducted, the products were not even ordered yet! Local plumbing company placed the order that day, now we are three weeks out again. We scheduled time off from work weeks prior and now local plumbing company have no products to install. Call to the Granite Group was pretty much greeted by, oh well. Over 1200 in products we purchased, if the products were ordered the day we picked them out and wanted to pay for them we wouldn't have to now try and schedule another day off from work. You would think they would offer at least a discount off total price of their products. Bad customer experience. We will not order through them again.

The Granite Group conveys they care about their workers but it's a joke. We had a warehouse employee who still works there today who threatened my co-workers and I that he was going to shoot us all. When these issues where brought up to management, they simply dismissed the notion because the employee denied it. A couple months later, I texted my brother in law a drug dealer in nh that he would be turned in. The plumber owed the company 20k for months and slowly paid back his debt. Soon as he was caught up, Said brother in law called the Granite Group and I was let go for turning in said drug dealer. No questions. Nothing. When I informed Management he was my brother in law, they had no clue way to do your research. Portland Group has much better pricing anyways

Marissa was awesome. Showroom was packed with fixtures and ideas. Need a showroom up in re Lake Winnipesakee area!
