Plumbing services by Gosse Septic Services in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire

After receiving a notice in the mail I called and set up an appointment to have my tanks pumped out. After receiving assurances that they would arrive between 8 - 9 am on the scheduled date This time was going to work best for me because I work from 6 pm to 6 am. I also explained that it takes an hour to travel On the scheduled date 9/9/19 I returned home and awaited for them to arrive. At 945 am when they hadn't showed up I tried calling to see if there was an issue. My call was sent directly to voice mail At 1042 am I received a call from Gosse and they told me they were on the way to service my tanks. When I asked why they are over 3 hours late the woman replied that there was no way to know when they would arrive. She then stated that there was confusion as to whether my house was a single home. Keep in mind I have been using these people for over 10 years and they have serviced my tanks 3 times and even inspected the system when I bought the house. They knew that I needed to be scheduled but yet didn't bother to look in my file for more information. The woman then asked me if I wanted her to send me a bill in which I replied that I still haven't been serviced There was no apology for being late nor did she even care after I explained why is was important to be serviced first thing in the morning. When a family business can't get details correct or completely be in denial for not arriving within a scheduled time it's time to find a more reliable friendly and caring business I'm not sure when this woman became part of the Gosse representation but I know she has no idea of what customer service is.

Paged this company and got no call back. Called emergency line and also got nothing. Wont waste my time again
