| Dev Adhikari | Jim and his team are great and they know exactly what they are doing. Jim is very professional and he reaches his customers via email in very timely fashion and completed the task without worrying about the pay. He does the job and sends his invoice to the customer allowing time to pay via check or by phone when they can efford to pay him. He does not over charge and does not charge for just shiwing up which most companies tell you that discharge fee from 80 to 150 plus the hourly rate and parts. Jim does not have such an unnecessary charger because he knows he needs to be on site to fix the problem and it does not make sense to charge the customer just for that. I really recommend American Plumbing heating and cooling everyone. This is the company I have ever seen this easy and professional to work with. |
| Aliza Kenny | Need to hire a plumber to fix a shower faucet that has an issue with constant dripping and also need a new shower valve. I tried calling this company, no answer. Ok so then I tried emailing them, no answer.....not sure what the issue is but clearly not a reliable business. Keep in mind I've given them ample time to get back to me. I called and sent an email 7/13/18 and it is now 7/26/18. I'll take my money and go elsewhere! Thanks for nothing. |
