I had Thayne out to fix the sprinkler system that froze last October. He did a great job, explained what he did, and tested the system after to verify it was functional. Overall great job and good experience with this company. I will definitely use them again.

I needed to have both cold and hot water shut off valves replaced in a condo I was doing some work on. Andy Hume was the plumber that did the work and he was awesome! He was early to the appointment, finished the jobs faster then I could have imagined and he explained "why and what" as far as the issues were with both valves. While installing a new sink we found out we needed two new water lines. Plus there was a small leak. I used the online appointment request late Monday night and was called at opening on Tuesday morning. They were able to set up an appointment for that Thursday when it worked for me. The tech was perfectly on time and the office ladies were very attentive. The tech was knowledgeable and extremely fast. Thank you for being able to help with my tight schedule.
