From the time I talked to the Receptionist who was extremely calming and was able to schedule a Technician to come out within 45 minutes of my Call. The Technician Alex had given me two separate quoted repairs. With the help of his Supervisor Rene and Terence we had chosen the clean out through the Main which is on the Roof.
