Plumbing services by Larkin Plumbing in Las Vegas, Nevada

Im a former customer who hired Larkin several years ago for a job, and then continued to support them by purchasing my plumbing supplies from their store. Called this Monday requesting a 2nd opinion for a cracked cast iron drain, looking to reroute my homes pipes. Money will be paid! Technician no-showed both Monday and Tuesday. Was then assured by Bill I'd get a call Wednesday- again no call, no show. This is for wasting my time hoping a tech would ever show.

Never used them for plumbing service but was driving through Vegas today and one of their trucks was tailgating everyone and zooming in and out of lanes around people. Driving with no patience what's so ever. I'm a big believer in if you put your company on a vehicle you better drive with keeping your company image in mind.

Three and a half years ago, Tony & I [Sandy] had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted your company for help. We welcomed Blake later in the evening after hours and were amazed at his professional and considerate manner with which he resolved our problem. We have an older home, built in the 50's and Blake needed to find our main line so returned promptly the next morning to finish the needed repair. We were so impressed by his personal attention to our situation along with his knowledge in plumbing. He explained each step clearly and helped us with plumbing suggestions to help us in the future. Tony and I kept our receipt with his name on it over the years in case we needed your company and to specifically request his personal assistance with any future plumbing issues! WELL, on June 3, 2019 we once again needed assistance with our plumbing, found our 3 1/2 year old receipt, called and was delighted to hear Blake was still working for you and we immediately expressed that we wanted to request him to personally return to our home if possible to help us again! We waited throughout the day as he was busy with other calls but it was worth waiting for him. He came to help us after hours and once again we had the awesome experience of being in good hands with our plumbing issue. He is truly an outstanding asset in representing your company here in the Las Vegas, Nevada area! His integrity, courtesy and professional knowledge of his craft is exceptional! We will continue to keep both him and your company in mind for our future plumbing repairs! He is truly a 'GEM' worth waiting for! Thank you Blake for being there once again!
