The tech Randy, didn't know what he was doing . He ruined my pipe and made it worse. The water is leaking so bad right after he touched my pipe and he wanted me to pay more to fix the problem he caused to begin with. I called the better business bureau and I am suing next. Be aware of this scam.

I completely ruined my water softner after it was overflowing with water. I'm huge on DIY but after turning over the softner on its side I admitted to myself that I was way in over my head. I called these guys up and they recommended installing a whole house filtration system with two cartridges. Not only does the install look modernly sleek and awesome, but there is no salt now that'll ruin my pipes, faucets, and water heater. I literally cannot stop looking at the filters. They look and work great. Great investment on the house.

I was very impressed with their service. They quoted me a price over the phone and when they finished they actually gave me a lower price because it was simpler than expected.. I paid the price I was quoted over the phone because I was so pleased. I had called YES plumbing first and they quoted me a 79 inspection fee and they could not quote prices over the phone saying that "only their technicians have access to the pricing." That sounds like an Obama pricing structure; I Promise not to raise your taxes until after you vote for me! No thank you YES Plumbing! A Friendly Drain Cleaner was fantastic. They even arrived the same day, in less than 2 hours!
