Ideal Services has excellent customer service. Claudia was very helpful to talk with; she made the schedule process convenient and fast for me. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time, and he made the installation of my new water heater look easy. 5star service and customer service and a big thumbs up for Ideal Services. David has helped me on multiple air conditioning items and is always nice and explains everything in detail so I understand. After completing a diagnostic and finding my compressor is amping high, but still working overall, I decided not to do any replacement at this time. However, due to having pets, I was concerned about the indoor temperature and I only had a standard thermostat. David and I discussed getting a programmable thermostat so I can monitor the indoor temperature of my home in case my a/c stopped working. David just installed a Sensi programmable thermostat made by Emerson and I am so pleased with the install and the peace of mind it gives me. Scheduling was easy and David was communicative to let me know he was on his way. The installation was professional and the thermostat is hard wired, so I don't have to use anymore batteries. I'm so glad David took care of this for me because I know the install was done correctly and I can be rest assured that when I'm not home, I know what temperature my home is. In addition, I've used Ideal Services for other work in the past and they are always friendly and willing to help if I have any questions, even after the install. Thank you!

My experience with Ideal Services has been very good. First, the girls on the phone Trish and Claudia, were very courteous. The tech that came to my house, David A, was likewise very good. David was very friendly and willing to explain technical detail to me as he worked. He also gave honest advice on my heating situation going forward.
