If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She's worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I highly recommend them to anyone for a true diagnostic and resolution without getting ripped off. Thank you again Catania and Son!
