| Anthony Lollmann | Scheduled an appt. for the following day to clear some clogged pipes....they called the morning of the appt. to say an emergency came up and they won't be able to make the appt. Not a single person could come to at least check my problem? Apparently they have only a couple of plumbers available, or what? It's tough to find a business you can trust.... They responded with a post of their own, which you can read here. Problem is, when you try to call the number given on the posting....no answer. I've tried multiple times, but no answer. Judge for yourself, people who read this, but I'm not impressed by their ethics or attention to customer satisfaction. REAL customer satisfaction would have been to find a way to meet their spoken commitment considering I took the day off of work and lost wages as well |
