Overall we had a very good experience with them. We had a backed-up main sewer line over the weekend. I called on a Sunday for an appointment and did not get called back until Monday morning but we did not have an emergency. In spite of that we got scheduled very quickly on Monday morning. The tech came on time and was great to work with. Keep in mind these guys often have to haul around a very heavy clean out rig up and down stairs. Our drain problem was solved within an hour and I was very pleased with the result and the explanation. Was very happy to pay the 140 cost to get our problem resolved. Would use them again.
