A company like this thrives off of large commercial projects. They consider work on single-family homes to be “filler work”. You get a different tech every visit. If you are a single-family homeowner, I would highly suggest that you call a different plumbing company. Call a plumbing company that will provide a more personalized experience. Sentinel will not admit to any mistakes or except any liability for the work that they do. And on top of being overcharged to begin with, they will even overcharge you for fixing their own mistakes. You will end up with a really big invoice for even the smallest of jobs. Don't try to have a rational conversation with the receptionist about your concerns. She will call you a liar and hang up on you. The woman I talked to was very defensive and could care less about hearing my concerns. I was taught at a young age that it's not a matter of if someone will make a mistake, it's a matter of when someone will make a mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. We all do. What sets you apart from others is how well you handle mistakes when they happen. Update 1 - Sentinel just left a “thumbs up” to the review I left. Shows how much they care. There are a lot more plumbers in town that will give you a much more personalized experience. Update 2 - Sentinel just accused me of confusing their company with another. Not true. I tried to talk reasonably with their receptionist and I have never been treated so rudely on the phone. She even hung on me. She accused me of lying because she would never go against her employees. Like I said in my original review. It's OK to be wrong. It's OK to mess up. It's all in how you handle and correct mistakes when they happen. Own it.

Used this company to finish up my AC unit. GREAT PEOPLE! Made the appointment and THE NEXT DAY they were there! AC unit took a little longer to install than we anticipated however the technician Steve, possibly? was great! Thank you for your hard work!
