Shawn did the kind of job running maintenance on my unit I would only expect form Central. Greeting: Quite friendly, good smile, excellent eye contact. Knowledge: extremely up to date and educated. Business: right to it. not much small talk. To the point which I particularly enjoyed, because I'm busy as well. Work ethic: Strong, five star. Within minutes he was servicing my furnace. Departure: Paperwork well organized. Explained so I'd understand. Way to go Central.........you've got an excellent, well trained employee. Shawn Way came to service a leak in my furnace humidifier and was very professional and explained what was going on. Fixed it with no problems so I had him do a full service on the furnace while he was here. Explained everything that needed to be done now and made recommendations for future with full pricing disclosures. I always call Central Heating for all our needs. They are quick to respond and always friendly, professional and thorough.

After living in the same home built in 1965 for over 8 years the original furnace finally died on us just before winter. After several quotes on a replacement we settled on Central, not just because of their reputation but because of the wonderful service we received from start to finish. Clinton was very knowledgeable on the front end, Mike was super to work with during the estimation period very understanding of our situation offering several options for us. Penny was fast and efficient with the scheduling of the install, but Justin and Shawn made the experience great, stopped to let our dogs get comfortable with them, they were mindful of our kids after school routines and then spent well into their Friday evening making sure we understood everything about our system without any rush. I highly recommend Central!
