Was told the 1st appointment they had was Thursday, Dennis called me at almost 5 on Tuesday asking if he could come now as he didn't want to make me wait that long with that going on in my basement. He was able to get me on the schedule for Wednesday am. Zach came on Wednesday, did a couple hours of work and fixed it up. He was very knowledgeable and informative about what was going on and what he suggests in the future to prevent again. This place is amazing, wouldn't suggest anywhere else!!
