Plumbing services by 911 Plumbing and Heating in Great Falls, Montana

In looking for a plumber for an emergency they were the first to come out. The service tech was polite and keen on explaining what he felt needed to be done. He came back on a check up call and made sure everything was working as we needed. Pricing was great considering it was the weekend.

I have had several dealings with this company. Since we live in the country it is hard to find someone to come out here. However, when every trip costs 500 just for transportation, you hope the tech comes prepared. That has not been our experience. One time they came out just to trouble shoot even though we told them what was wrong and sent them many pictures of the system. It became a pattern of one thing adding up to many things. Finally, we found through friends another company and they fixed something for 500.00 including transportation that we had already sunk 1500.00 in and still had no heat or hot water. I have no faith in 911 Plumbing and Heating.

I had frozen pipes and Derek did an amazing job getting them working again. They were very efficient and he explained everything to me step by step! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
