Plumbing services by Sweet Pea Sewer & Septic in Corvallis, Montana

As a costumer that used their service last year 2017 during construction they would forget to come out and clean the urinal. This was a battle for 4+ months finally we just asked them to come pick it up. This company is a health hazard and has integrity issues. The receptionist called my wife and other workers on site a liar about it being disgusting. No matter what we did to prove to them that they really didn't come out and clean they still feel that they did excellent service.

I am not posting as a customer, because I never became one, but I'm giving a five star review because this company has my trust with being a reputable Company with integrity. Recently the house I am staying in had septic water backing up into the house on the floors. We thought that it was a full tank, so I called sweet pea in desperation to see when they could come pump the tank. A Very nice lady gave me a quote, and then asked me if I was sure it was a full tank. This is where important part. She was not willing to just come take money. She was being careful not to take advantage of my situation. She asked me some questions over the phone, and eventually decided that it was most likely not a full tank that was the problem. She said it was probably a plugged pipe and it turned out she was correct and offered to send someone. When I said that the landlord would prefer to do it himself, she was not pushy and was very nice and said that they were there if we needed them. I'm telling the story because I am most appreciative that she thought of asking me the questions, and determined that it was not what I thought, And then did not push me to hire them. This has gained me as a loyal customer as long as I remain in this area. Of course in the end we did not hire their services, because the landlord ended up fixing the problem himself, and it was indeed not the tank. It was a plugged line. It took him hours of very hard work, and I think he wishes he would've called them to come do the job for him. However because of financial considerations, he did the work himself. Which is all the more grateful I am to this company for not just jumping on an opportunity to take advantage of someone in need. Instead they showed that they had integrity and honesty, by not taking advantage. I am very grateful to them for talking to me on the phone and helping me figure out the problem Rather than trying to make a buck. Though, they should have been paid for helping. Since we did not pay for any service, this is the best I can do to pay them forward for showing integrity and honesty. Because of this, I would recommend them to anyone, and I Will recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need services again they will be the who I call. Thank you Bitterroot Sweat Pea.

They were hired by our Rental Management Company to deal with a septic issue. First of all resolution of this issue took 6 Plus weeks. The receptionist is one of the rudest people I've ever had to encounter in any customer service related industry. They failed to let us know when they were coming out on multiple occasions and would just show up and expect us to accommodate. That being said the actual workers who came out to do the work we're polite and easy enough to deal with which is the only reason they are not getting a 1 star. I would never choose to use this company personally for any problems I might have nor would I recommend them.
